Under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, employers in Ireland must report on their gender pay gap once they meet the employee thresholds set out in the legislation, which in 2025 now includes organisations with 50 or more employees.
As this is the first year we fall within that threshold, 2025 marks our first year of gender pay gap reporting.
